The Tamil Nadu Forest Department has recognised that burying or burning wild animal carcasses means that vultures and other scavengers are not able to carry out their ecosystem services and may miss out on an important safe food supply.  

The Advanced Institute for Wildlife Conservation released the new guidelines at the inaugural meeting of the Tamil Nadu Raptor Research Foundation in Chennai on 2nd September, and this is an important step towards securing the ecosystem – as so many carcasses are unnecessarily disposed of – often at great expense or further detriment to the environment.

The guidelines outline protocols for leaving (or transporting) carcasses and advocating for the natural decomposition of carcasses and technical protocols are to be followed in the wild ecosystems, including reserved forests and protected areas.

This follows earlier exemplary steps taken by the Tamil Nadu Government to enforce diclofenac measures in 2022 and most recently the new nimesulide regulations in April 2025 with the Government filing over 100 prosecutions for illegal sales in each case – and which have been warmly welcomed by the vulture conservation community

 

The Raptor Research Foundation was inaugurated by Ms. Supriya Sahu. M. the Additional Chief Secretary, Dept of Environment, Climate Change and Forest in presence of Mr. Ragesh Kumar Dogra, PCCF & Chief wildlife warden and Mr. A. Udhayan, PCCF & Director, AIWC. 

SAVE Advisor Chris Bowden also presented at the meeting, and highlighted the value of satellite tagging vultures to understand the less visible threats through vulture movements and mortality monitoring.

SAVE congratulates the publication of these guidelines, and hopes that other states around India will follow Tamil Nadu’s initiative on this. This follows earlier exemplary steps taken by the Tamil Nadu Government to enforce diclofenac measures in 2022 and most recently the new nimesulide regulations in April 2025 with the Government filing over 100 prosecutions for illegal sales in each case – and which have been warmly welcomed by the vulture conservation community.

கால்நடை வளர்ப்போருடனும் கால்நடைகளுக்குச் செயற்கை கருவூட்டல் செய்யும் முகவர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடல் கூட்டம் இன்று சோளகர் தொட்டியில் நடைபெற்றது.

அருளகம் இயற்கைப் பாதுகாப்பு அமைப்பு ஏற்பாடு செய்த இந்நிகழ்வில் மருத்துவர் புண்ணியமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் சிறப்பு அழைப்பாளராகக் கலந்துகொண்டு உரையாற்றினார். கால்நடைப் பல்கலைக்கழகப் பேராசிரியராய்த் தான் பணிபுரிந்து பெற்ற அறிவையும் மரபு வழி மருத்துவமுறைகளையும் பங்கேற்பாளர்களுடன் பகிர்ந்துகொண்டார். அவர்கள் எழுப்பியக் கேள்விகளுக்கும் விடையளித்தார்.

சாதாரணமாய் வரும் நோய்களுக்கு எப்படி வீட்டிலுள்ள மிளகு, மஞ்சள், சுண்ணாம்பு, வெற்றிலை முள்ளங்கி இவற்றைக்கொண்டு எப்படி சரிசெய்வது என்று செயல்விளக்கம் செய்து காட்டினார். மடிவீக்கம் வந்தால் சோற்றுக்கற்றாழை, மஞ்சள், சுண்ணாம்பு இவற்றைக்கொண்டு எப்படிச் சரிசெய்யலாம் என்று விளக்கினார்.

 

 

பாறு கழுகுகள் நாள் கொண்டாடப்படும் இவ்வேளையில் அவற்றின் அழிவிற்கு முதன்மைக் காரணமாய் அமைந்த டைக்குளோபினாக், அசிக்குளோபினாக், நிமுசிலாய்டு, கீட்டோபுரோபேன், புளூநிக்சின் ஆகிய மருந்துகளை அறவே புறக்கணிக்க அருளகத்தின் செயலர் சு.பாரதிதாசன் வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார். கால்நடைகளின் மீது நஞ்சு தடவுவதாலும் பாறு கழுகுகள் உள்ளிட்டப் பல்வேறு உயிரினங்களும் அழிய நேரிடுகின்றன என்றும் இதுபோன்ற அவலச்செயல் நடைபெறாமல் கண்காணிக்கவேண்டும் என்றும்  மாடுகள் இறந்தால் தெரியப்படுத்தவும் வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார்.

 

காப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்ட மாடுகள் இறக்க நேரிட்டால் அவற்றைப் புதைத்ததற்கான ஆதாரத்தைக் காட்டினால் தான் நட்ட ஈடு தரப்படுகிறது எனவும் இதனை மாற்ற நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டும் எனவும் கால்நடை வளர்ப்போர் சார்பாகவும் செயற்கைக் கருவூட்டல் செய்வோர் சார்பாகவும் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. 

பாறு கழுகுகள் குறித்தும் அவற்றைப்பாதுகாக்கச் செய்யவேண்டியது என்ன என்பது குறித்தும் துண்டறிக்கைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டன.

 

பாரம்பரிய முறையில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட மருந்துகள் அடங்கிய பெட்டி செயற்கைக் கருவூட்டல் செய்யும் முகவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது.

காப்பீடு செய்யப்பட்டக் கால்நடை இறந்தால் அதனைப் புதைத்ததற்கான சான்றிதழ் காட்டினால் தான் காப்பீட்டுத் தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. புதைப்பதற்குச் செலவு ஆகிறது எனவும் இதனை மறுபரிசீலனை செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும் கால்நடை வளர்ப்போர் காப்பீட்டு நிறுவனத்திற்குக் கோரிக்கை விடுத்தனர். இயற்கையாக இறந்த உடலங்களை இறந்தவற்றை உண்ணும் விலங்குகளுக்கு உணவாக விடவேண்டும் என நிகழ்ச்சி ஏற்பாட்டாளர்கள் சார்பாகவும் வேண்டுகோள் விடுக்கப்பட்டது.

பாறு நலன் காக்கும் முதலுதவிப் பெட்டியை மருத்துவர் புண்ணியமூர்த்தி அவர்கள் வழங்க ஊர் மக்கள் சார்பாக ஓ. மாதன் அவர்கள் பெற்றுக்கொண்டார்.

பாறு கழுகுகளின் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்து அருளகத்தின் உயிரியலாளர் சுந்தரி விளக்கினார்.

நிகழ்ச்சிக்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை அருளகம் சார்பாக ரேவதி, ஜான், ஆகியோர் ஏற்பாடு செய்திருந்தனர்.

An interactive meeting was organised at Solagar Doddi, Thalavadi block in Sathyamangalam Tiger Reserve with livestock farmers and artificial insemination agents.

On the occasion of International Vulture Awareness Day 2025, the event was organised by Arulagam, a nature conservation organisation based in Coimbatore that has been advocating for vulture conservation with various stakeholders for the past fifteen years. Prof. Dr. Punniyamurthy, a renowned ethnoveterinary practitioner, was invited as a special guest. He shared the knowledge he gained during his time as a professor at the Veterinary University, as well as the knowledge he gained from traditional medicinal practices. He gave practical demonstrations of how to treat common livestock ailments using household remedies such as pepper, turmeric, lime, betel leaves and radish. He demonstrated how to treat mastitis in cattle using aloe vera, turmeric and lime. To help the villagers easily memorise the ingredients, he creatively used them to represent each one. 

 

 

 Arulagam's secretary, Mr. S. Bharathidasan, told that this event was organised to replace vulture harmful drugs such as Diclofenac, Aceclofenac, Nimesulide, Ketoprofen, and Flunixin by using native medicine. He also pointed out that many species, including vultures, are dying as a result of poisoned bait being used on cattle, and emphasised the importance of monitoring and preventing such harmful practices. He requested that people promptly report any cattle deaths.

It was noted that proof of burial must be provided in order to receive compensation for the death of insured cattle. Livestock farmers requested that this requirement be reconsidered, and that appropriate action be taken. Dead cattle will be the potential food source for vultures.

Pamphlets were distributed to raise awareness of vultures and how to protect them. Dr. Punniyamurthy distributed a veterinary first-aid box containing traditional herbal medicines to the artificial insemination agents and the village community.

 

Sundari, biologist from Arulagam, explained the importance of vultures and their current status in our ecosystem.The event was organised by Revathi, Santhosh and John on behalf of Arulagam.

 

International Vulture Awareness Day is observed internationally every year on the first Saturday in September. To mark the occasion, the Arulagam Nature Conservation Organisation has been conducting various awareness programmes in the Nilgiris and Sathyamangalam regions. As part of these efforts, a three-day signature campaign was launched in collaboration with the Government Arts College Eco Club at the Ooty Rose Garden and Moyar village. 

The organisers explained that the campaign highlights the role of vultures as nature's sanitary engineers and aims to garner public support for protecting these essential birds, which prevent disease by consuming carcasses.

Bharathidasan, the secretary of Arulagam, said that the signature campaign is being held in public places in order to change the negative public perception of vultures. He also welcomed the central government's ban on painkillers such as diclofenac, aceclofenac, ketoprofen and nimesulide, which were the main reason for the decline in the vulture population.

He praised the Tamil Nadu government for setting up the Raptor Research Foundation to conserve all raptors including vultures. He also welcomed the fact that the institute has released standard operating procedures for leaving wild animal carcasses unburied so that scavenging animals can feed on them.

He also highlighted the slow but steady increase in the vulture population, which is due to the collaboration of the Tamil Nadu Forest Department, Animal Husbandry Department and Drug Control Department. He stressed that multi stakeholder participation is needed for this growth to continue. He specifically requested that veterinary practitioners, livestock herders and drug sellers refrain from using banned drugs altogether. He also appealed for an end to the cruel practice of poisoning carcasses, urging people to leave dead animals unburied. He requested that the government showcase these birds, which symbolise the pride of the Nilgiris, at flower shows.

 

 

The event was graced by special guests Ms. Priya, Horticulture Officer; Prof. Ramakrishnan, Head of the Wildlife Biology Department; and Joe Melkis Raja, Joint Secretary of Arulagam.

Three types of vultures, the White-rumped Vulture, the Red-headed Vulture, and the Indian Vulture live in the Nilgiri district. It is noteworthy that the survey conducted this year revealed a population of 288 White-rumped Vultures, 47 Red-headed Vultures, and 50 Indian Vultures.

The signature campaign banner with a QR code, which provided more information about vultures in multiple languages including Tamil, English, Malayalam, and Telugu, greatly impressed the visitors. Each person who signed was also given a bookmark with an awareness message.

 

The event was organised by researchers Thrishya and Varsha, and on behalf of Arulagam, Ms.Nilitha, Mr.John, Ms.Sivarajani, Mr.Vibish, Ms.Sundari, Ms.Revathi, and Ms.Kavitha.

 

 

 

 

 

பாறு கழுகுகள் நாள் ஆண்டுதோறும் செப்டம்பர் முதலாம் சனிக்கிழமை பல்வேறு நாடுகளிலும் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது. அதனை முன்னிட்டு அருளகம் இயற்கைப் பாதுகாப்பு அமைப்பு பல்வேறு விழிப்புணர்வு நிகழ்ச்சிகளை நீலகிரி, சத்தியமங்களம் பகுதியில் நடத்தி வருகிறது. அதன் ஒருபகுதியாக அரசு கலைக்கல்லூரி சூழல் சங்கத்துடன் இணைந்து உதகமண்டலம் ரோஜாப் பூங்காவிலும் மாயாறிலும் கையெழுத்து இயக்கத்தை இன்று தொடங்கி மூன்று நாட்களுக்கு நடத்த உள்ளது.

இறந்ததைத் தின்று இருக்கும் உயிரினங்களைக் காக்கும் பாறு கழுகுகளின் நன்மை குறித்தும் அவை அழிவபாயத்திலுள்ளது குறித்தும் அவற்றை அழிவிலிருந்து மீட்கப் பொதுமக்களது பங்கேற்பை நாடியும் இக்கையெழுத்து நடத்தப்படுவதாக நிகழ்ச்சி ஏற்பாட்டாளர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். 

 அருளகத்தின் செயலர் சு.பாரதிதாசன் கூறும்போது, பாறு கழுகினங்கள் குறித்துத் தவறான கண்ணோட்டம் மக்களிடையே நிலவுவதை மாற்றுவதற்காக இதுபோன்ற கையெழுத்து இயக்கம் பொதுமக்கள் கூடும் இடங்களில் நடத்தப்படுவதாகத் தெரிவித்தார்.அத்துடன் இவ்வினம் அழிந்ததற்கு முதன்மைக் காரணமாக அமைந்த வலிபோக்கி மருந்துகளான டைக்குளோபினாக், அசிக்குளோபினாக், கீட்டோபுரோபேன், நிமுசிலாய்ட்சு ஆகிய மருந்துகளை ஒன்றிய அரசு தடைசெய்துள்ளதையும் வரவேற்றார். 

 

தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கழுகினங்கள் பாதுகாப்புக்காக உயர் ஆராய்ச்சி நிறுவனம் அமைத்துள்ளதையும் அதில் முதல்கட்டமாக இறந்த விலங்குகளைப் புதைக்காமல் இறந்த உடலங்களை உண்ணும் விலங்குகளுக்கு விடுவதற்காக வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறை ஒன்றை உருவாக்கியுள்ளதையும் பாராட்டினார். 

தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் வனத்துறை, கால்நடைத்துறை, மருந்துக்கட்டுப்பாட்டுத்துறையின் ஒத்துழைப்புடன்தற்போது இதன் எண்ணிக்கை மெல்ல மெல்லக் கூடி வருகிறது என்பதைச் சுட்டிக்காட்டி இதன் எண்ணிக்கைத் தொடர்ந்து உயர நம் அனைவரது பங்கேற்பும் தேவை என்றார். குறிப்பாகத் தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட மருந்துகளைக் கால்நடை சிகிச்சை மேற்கொள்வோர், மேய்ப்போர், மருந்து விற்பனை செய்வோர் அறவே புறக்கணிக்கவேண்டும் என்றும் சடலத்தில் விசம் தடவும் கொடுஞ்செயலையும் நிறுத்தவேண்டும் என்றும் இறந்த விலங்குகளைப் புதைக்காமல் அப்படியே விடவேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார். நீலகிரியின் அடையாளங்களுள் ஒன்றாகவும் பெருமையுள் ஒன்றாகவும் விளங்கும் இப் பறவை இனங்கள் குறித்து மலர்க்கண்காட்சி நடைபெறும்போதும் காட்சிப்படுத்தவேண்டும் என்றும் அரசுக்கு வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார். 

சிறப்பு அழைப்பாளராக தோட்டக்கலைத்துறை அலுவலர் திருமதி பிரியா, வனவிலங்கு உயிரியல் துறைத் தலைவர் பேரா. ராமகிருக்ஷ்ணன் மற்றும் அருளகத்தின் இணைச்செயலர் ஜோ மெல்கிஸ் ராஜா ஆகியோர் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பித்தனர்.

நீலகிரி மாவட்டத்தில் மூன்று வகையான ( (வெண்முதுகுப் பாறு, கருங்கழுத்துப்பாறு, செம்முகப் பாறு) ஆகிய கழுகினங்கள் வாழ்ந்து வருகின்றன. இந்த ஆண்டு எடுக்கப்பட்ட கணக்கெடுப்பில் வெண்முதுகுப்பாறு 288ம், செம்முகப்பாறு 47ம் கருங்கழுத்துப் பாறு 50ம் இருப்பதாகத் தெரியவந்துள்ளது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

 

கையெழுத்து இயக்கம் இடும் பதாகையில் க்யு ஆர் குறி இணைக்கப்பட்டு தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம், மலையாளம், தெலுங்கு உள்ளிட்ட பல மொழிகளிலும் பாறு கழுகுகள் குறித்து  மேலதிக விளக்கம் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும் வகையில் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது பார்வையாளர்களை வெகுவாகக் கவர்ந்தது. கையெழுத்து இடும் ஒவ்வொருவருக்கும் புத்தகத்தில் வைத்துக்கொள்ளக்கூடிய விழிப்புணர்வு வாசகங்களும் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

ஊட்டிக்கு வருகைதரும் சுற்றுலாப்பயணிகள் வருகை தந்து சிறப்பிக்குமாறும் பாறு கழுகுகள் குறித்துத் தெரிந்துகொள்ளுமாறும் ஏற்பாட்டாளர்கள் சார்பாக வேண்டுகோள் விடப்பட்டது.

International Vulture Awareness Day is celebrated annually on the first Saturday of September. To mark the occasion, an awareness session was organized for the secretaries of the Aavin Milk Cooperative Society in Sathyamangalam on September 1, 2025.

Fifty-five members of the cooperative society attended the session, which was led by Mr. Thamarai Selvan and Mrs. Kanchana.

Mr. Bharathidasan, secretary of Arulagam, highlighted the indirect connection between milk cooperatives and vulture conservation. He explained that certain drugs administered to cattle are a key factor in the decline of vulture populations. He emphasized that the cooperative secretaries are in a unique position to reach cattle owners directly and spread the message about avoiding unsafe drug usage. He urged the members to continue their support for this crucial cause.

Following this, Mr. Paraman, a coordinator from Arulagam, spoke about the vital role vultures play in our ecosystem and the consequences of their declining numbers. Ms. Sundari, a biologist from Arulagam, then provided insights into the vulture life cycle and shared observations about their behavior.

 

 

 

The session focused on the importance of vultures, strategies to increase their population, and the need to curb the use of vulture-harmful drugs. The event was well-coordinated, and information materials were distributed by the Arulagam team, including Ms. Revathi, Mr. Santhosh, Mr. Vibish, and Mr. John.

 

 

 

 

Overview - 

Thengumarahada village is a unique small village located in Kotagiri taluk of Nilgiris district, rich in natural resources, inhabited by tribals and other people. It is located on the banks of the Moyar River in the area connecting Sathyamangalam and Mudumalai forests. A variety of wildlife like elephants, hyenas, deer tigers, crocodiles, otters and the endangered vultures and other bird species live here.

 

 

Current Status of Vultures:

In general, the number of  vultures has declined significantly across South Asia. It was revealed that the effects of painkillers (Diclofenac, Aceclofenac, Ketoprofen, Nimesulide) administered to sick cattle reached the bodies of vultures that had eaten them through the dead cattle, causing kidney failure and death.

 

Awareness activities:

To change this and help protect vultures, the Arulagam Nature Conservation Organisation is undertaking various awareness activities. As part of this, an effort was made to set up a first aid kit for cattle using safe alternatives instead of banned medicines to protect the vultures.

 

Highlights:

On 03-07-2025, the Arulagam organization held a public discussion with cattle owners in Tengumarahada village. At this event, Mr. Paraman spoke in detail about the disadvantages of banned medicines, the use of safe alternatives and the need for a veterinary first aid kit. Arulagam field-staff Sundari and Revathi spoke about the importance of the vultures. People understood the importance of vultures and  the need to avoid banned drugs.

In this event, village committee members, livestock owners and others participated and expressed their support for this initiative.

 

They agreed to place a veterinary first aid kit in a public place in the village. Accordingly, it was decided to place livestock first aid kits in Tengumaragada, Alli Mayaru and Kallampalayam villages to protect the  vultures... Preparations for this have been started.. It will be operational soon.It is planned to conduct this event by inviting all livestock owners.

Overall, this event was a great initiative for vulture conservation. Through the veterinary first aid kit, the danger posed by banned medicines can be reduced. It is hoped that through this, the number of vultures will increase again. Arulagam plans to continue to carry out such awareness and veterinary medical assistance activities.

 இங்கு யானை, கழுதைப்புலி, வெளிமான் , புலி, முதலை, நீர்நாய் மற்றும் அழிவின் விளிம்பில் உள்ள பாறுக் கழுகுகள் உள்ளிட்டப் பல்வேறு வகையான விலங்குகள், பறவை இனங்கள் வாழ்ந்து வருகின்றன.

பாறுக் கழுகுகளின் தற்போதைய நிலை:

பொதுவாகவே பாறுக் கழுகுகளின் எண்ணிக்கை தெற்காசியா முழுவதும் பெரிதும் குறைந்துள்ளது.  நோயுற்ற கால்நடைகளுக்குச் செலுத்தப்பட்ட வலிப்போக்கி மருந்துகளின் (Diclofenac, Aceclofenac, Ketoprofen,  Nimesulide) தாக்கம் இறந்த கால்நடைகளில் மூலம் அதனை உண்ண நேர்ந்த கழுகுகளின் உடலைச் சென்றடைந்து சிறுநீரகத்தைச் செயலிழக்கச் செய்து உயிரிழந்துள்ளன என்பது தெரிய வந்தது. 

விழிப்புணர்வு  நடவடிக்கைகள்:  

இந்த நிலையை மாற்ற, அருளகம் இயற்கைப் பாதுகாப்பு அமைப்பு பல்வேறு விழிப்புணர்வு நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது. அதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக, பாறுக் கழுகுகளை பாதுகாக்க, தடை செய்யப்பட்ட வலிப்போக்கி மருந்துகளை தவிர்த்து, பாதுகாப்பான மாற்று மருந்துகளை கொண்டு கால்நடைகளுக்கு முதலுதவி பெட்டி ஒன்றை அமைக்கும் முயற்சி மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

03-07-2025 அன்று, தெங்குமரஹடா கிராமத்தில் கால்நடை உரிமையாளர்களிடம் அருளகம் அமைப்பினர் மக்களிடையே  கலந்துரையாடல் நடத்தினர். இந்நிகழ்வில், தடை செய்யப்பட்ட மருந்துகளின் தீமைகள் குறித்தும், பாதுகாப்பான மாற்று மருந்துகளின் பயன்பாடு மற்றும் கால்நடை முதலுதவி பெட்டியின் அவசியம் குறித்தும்  விரிவாக திரு.பரமன்  அவர்கள் எடுத்துரைத்தார். பாறுக் கழுகுகளின் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்து அருளகம் அமைப்பின் களப் பணியாளர்கள் சுந்தரி மற்றும் ரேவதி ஆகியோர்  எடுத்துரைத்தனர். தடை செய்யப்பட்ட மருந்துகள் குறித்தும் பாறுக் கழுகுகள்  முக்கியத்துவத்தையும்  மக்கள் புரிந்துகொண்டனர். 

 இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில்,  கிராம குழு உறுப்பினர்கள், கால்நடை உரிமையாளர்கள் உள்ளிட்டோர் பங்கேற்று, இம்முயற்சிக்கு ஆதரவு தெரிவித்தனர். 

கால்நடை முதலுதவிப் பெட்டியை ஊரில் பொது இடத்தில் வைப்பதற்கு  ஒத்துக் கொண்டார்கள்.  அதற்கேற்றார்போல தெங்குமரகடா, அல்லி மாயாறு, கல்லாம்பாளையம் ஆகிய ஊர்களில் பாறு நலன் காக்கும்  கால்நடை முதல் உதவிப் பெட்டி வைக்க முடிவு எடுக்கப்பட்டது...  அதற்கான முன்னேற்பாடுகள் தொடங்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.. விரைவில் இது செயல்பாட்டுக்கு வரும்.

அனைத்துக் கால்நடை உரிமையாளர்களையும் அழைத்து இந்நிகழ்ச்சியை நடத்தத் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

                                         

இந்த நிகழ்ச்சி பாறுக் கழுகுகள் பாதுகாப்பிற்கான சிறந்த முயற்சியாக அமைந்தது. இதன் மூலம் மருந்துகளினால் நேரும் ஆபத்தைக் குறைக்க முடியும். இதன்மூலம் பாறுக் கழுகுகளின் எண்ணிக்கையை மீண்டும் உயரும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை உள்ளது.  தொடர்ந்து இதுபோன்ற விழிப்புணர்வு மற்றும் கால்நடை மருத்துவ உதவி நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ள அருளகம் திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
